Scope and effective date: This policy applies to all services purchased made through our website, including live Zoom classes and in‑person training sessions, and is effective immediately upon posting.

 

Definitions: Zoom training: live instructor‑led sessions delivered remotely via video conferencing.In‑person training: live instructor‑led sessions delivered at a physical location.Participant: the person registered to attend the training.

 

Written cancellation request: an email to the address provided at checkout or submission via our online cancellation form.

 

Cancellation Requirement and Notice Period Mandatory written notice: Participants must submit a written cancellation request at least 48 hours before the start of the first session to be eligible for a full refund.

 

How to submit: Send your written cancellation to the email address shown on your order confirmation or complete the online cancellation form linked in your confirmation message. The timestamp on the written request determines eligibility.

 

Refunds and Fees: Full refund: If we receive a written cancellation at least 48 hours before the first session.

 

Course credit: Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the first session are not eligible for a full refund; we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the first session, we will transfer your registration to another scheduled offering without additional charge subject to seat availability.

 

Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the first session will be accommodated when possible; additional fees may apply for venue or instructor changes.

 

No‑shows and Late CancellationsNo‑show policy: Participants who fail to attend without submitting a written cancellation are not eligible for a refund.

 

Late cancellations: Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the first session are treated as late and are not refundable.

Refund Processing and Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow up to 14 business days from our receipt and acceptance of your written cancellation for the refund to be processed and to appear on your statement. We will send a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

 

Custom or private training: Customized, private, or on‑site corporate training that requires significant preparation or third‑party bookings may be nonrefundable or subject to different terms; such terms will be disclosed before purchase. Materials and digital content: Opened packaged shipments are nonrefundable; digital recordings or downloadable materials are final sale.

Disclosure and California ComplianceConspicuous disclosure: We will display these cancellation and refund terms clearly on product pages and at checkout for California customers.Consumer protections: We retain written cancellation requests and related correspondence for our records and to resolve disputes.
